ED 498AW - Introduction to Teaching Portfolio Assessment

2 credits
This teaching portfolio support course provides an opportunity for students to develop skills needed to teach at urban, suburban, and rural schools. Candidates develop the ability to provide differentiated instruction for diverse learners such as English language learners, gifted students, and students with special needs within various contexts. Candidates demonstrate competency using multiple forms of evidence that includes, but is not limited to, lesson plans, artifacts, and various templates. They demonstrate readiness to teach through a required mock teaching portfolio.
