FOR 115 - Introduction to Forestry3 credits Introduction to the science, art, and practice of managing and using for human benefit the natural resources that occur on and in association with forest lands. Includes an overview of silviculture, forest entomology, and forest pathology. Emphasis on identification of woody plants, structure and function of forest trees and forest measurements. Offered alternate fall semesters. Co-requisite(s): FOR 115L .
