CPSC 211 - Python I3 credits Students will learn the basics of Python and Python programming environments. The course will provide a hands-on approach to developing programming skills and students will develop, test, and execute code on both the Windows and UNIX platforms. Upon completing the course, students will be able to install and configure the Python Language on Windows and UNIX platform, navigate and use multiple Python programming environments, correctly use built-in Python objects, use Python statements and logical structures, use predefined object-oriented classes, and integrate Python with web servers, databases and other application. Offered Fall semester of even numbered years.
