ENSC 350 - Environmental Law and Justice3 credits This course introduces the fundamental concepts of environmental law and justice. If familiarizes students withe the various legal mechanisms used to protect the environment. A practical grounding in the basic legal concepts central to environmental law and how it applies at the local, state, national and international levels. students will explore the foundation of environmental institutions and their relationships the concept of justice and the environmental community. Offered Fall and Spring semesters. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing and above.
