BIOL 440 - Clinical Lab Leadership I3
Basic management, education and leadership concepts applicable to all areas of the clinical lab setting to include lab safety, organizational principles, financial management of resources, decision-making and human resource management. Also included are laboratory information systems, professionalism, ethics and critical thinking. Group work, projects and case studies are tools used to engage students and facilitate their learning. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the CLS Program.
