An investigation of individual behavior in group settings; decision making, conformity and management styles, organizational change, development and management techniques. Emphasis will be on the structure, design, relationships and dynamics in private and public organizations. Prerequisite(s): BADM 101 or Junior standing or permission of the Program Chair.
