Master of Arts in Medical Sciences: 36 credits
The Master of Arts in Medical Sciences at Heritage University (HU) is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in a health-related field. The program introduces students to a broad range of topics in the medical sciences while strengthening their academic credentials for admission to Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Program and other professional schools.
Students who have already completed their course requirements for admission to the PNWU D.O. program can demonstrate their readiness for professional school by taking some courses alongside first-year medical students at PNWU. It is anticipated that greater than 80% of program graduates will gain admissions into a professional school.
The curriculum in the M.A. in Medical Sciences program is closely aligned with the first-year medical curriculum at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU)
