BIOL 3XXL - Lab Molecular Techniques

Laboratory includes an introduction to, and use of, modern molecular biological techniques including, polymerase chain reaction, gene cloning, protein expression, and detection, manipulation, and purification of nucleic acids and proteins. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 111, CHEM 111 and MATH 096.
