ED 584S - Special Education Assessment for Administrators2 credits
The course will provide the administrative candidate an understanding of special education evaluation, testing, and IEP development practices and compliance requirements. Is is a required part of the differentiated Principal Certification Program pathway for Special Education Administrators/Directors. The student will learn evaluation techniques, test/instruments utilized, and how to write an assessment-based Individualized Education Plan (IEP) from the perspective and responsibilities of the Special Education Administrator/Director.
