3 credits
When persons are in conflict with each other, their government and its relationship, or the law, they can go to the federal courts. In this course, students learn the fundamentals of legal research, the interpretation of laws, and the application of constitutional principles through the rigorous study of Supreme Court cases. Offered TBA.
