HCAD 351 - Human Resource Management in Health Care3 credits
Requirements for recruiting, testing, interviewing, screening and selection of employees and setting objectives for productive work. Additional topics will include employee counseling, training, development, recreation, insurance, and retirement programs; with an emphasis on Health Care topics.
