PHSC 106 - Quantitative Skills for the Sciences

3 credits
This course will introduce science majors to the verbal and quantitative reasoning skills necessary to be successful in introductory physical sciences (chemistry, physics, environmental science).  It will focus on translation between the conceptual and mathematical domains.   Simultaneous use and interpretation of verbal statements, algebraic equations, and graphs will be emphasized.
