ENSC 355 - Environmental Public Policy and Advocacy3 credits This course examines the American environmental public policy process and institutional and public advocacy. Students will focus on the evolution of political institutions, the federal and state roles in decision-making, and the global context of American environmental public policy. This course emphasizes the intersection of environmental science and public policy while investigating the role individuals and advocacy groups have in the development of environmental policy and influencing corporate and government responsibility. Offered fall semesters. Prerequisite(s): POSC 101
