ENG 526 - American Literature II: Modernism to the Present

Advanced study of American literature from the Modernist movement in the late 19th Century to the present, emphasizing research with primary and secondary sources and teaching the full diversity of American literature. Offered Spring semester. Recommended: An undergraduate introduction to literature or advanced literature course and a literary theory course (such as  / ) or permission of Program Chair.
