HCAD 440 - Health Care Administrative Issues

3 credits
Acquisition and use of human resources in the public sector. How to deal with public relation issues and sensitive issues which may be compromising. An introduction to collective bargaining and dealing with the relationships to various federal and state oversight and funding organizations. An empathetic approach to health care administration will be emphasized. Prerequisite: HCAD 302  or Permission of the Program Chair. Offered TBA.
